A. It is occasionally easier to reach us via email then it is for you to call as some days & hours we
can not keep up with the number of calls we are currently receiving. This is why your call can be
bounced to either a live answering service or voice mail. If you email us with the best time to call
you, we will be happy to do that! The best time to reach us is during off peak hours: 3pm to 7pm.
Q. Do you accept all businesses?
A. No, we do not work with any business we feel is not doing business in an ethical manner, we
do not work with businesses whose standards, product or service is questionable. We do not
represent any business whose priority is to profit from the less fortunate. We do not work with
'adult' themed businesses or any business that requires a picture ID to enter into the establishment.
Also, we do not work with some types of retail establishments. The reason being we advertise
nation wide & state wide. It's nearly impossible to convince anyone they need to drive 50+ miles
to shop at a grocery store when there is one in their home town. Unless your grocery store is
unique in some way, such as a Asian grocery, natural food store, etc, these types of stores do draw
interest as do small boutique shops that carry items that can not be found in a local grocery or a
major discount store. Retailers who cater to tourists are easily marketable. Hospitality businesses
tend to reap the highest profit increases of any industry we represent.

A. No, we primarily cover the area north of Cadillac to Paradise, Michigan. You can click here to

Q. You wont help a business unless you visit the establishment? Won't that cost me a great deal?
A. We do not assist any business that we have not visited in person. We must examine your
establishment, your product(s) and or service(s). If we can not make this evaluation we would not
be able to strictly uphold our Truth-in-advertising standards. In most cases this service is free &
included in any of our packages.
Q. Why would you offer thousands of dollars in services for little to no money?
A. That's an easy one; we cater to all businesses but now our focus is primarily on businesses who
are struggling during this global economic recession. Every business that fails is not only lost future
revenue for us; they are also the employer's of Michigan families who are struggling to keep their
homes and put food on the table. We believe we can make a difference by keeping Michigan's
businesses open & thriving and at the same time we can save jobs! This will ensure a better future
for all of us and the businesses we save today will remember us tomorrow.

invested your own time to help them stay open?

sense to think they will not stay with us. No one ever complains about making too much money!
